Generating B side surfaces, features, attachment schemes.
Creating concept models and packaging it.
Generate criteria or requirement sections with important considerations and parameters.
Generate Section book to show gap and flush conditions.

Projects executed:
Parametric modeling of B Pillar and QTR Trim LWR
Genre: Interiors, Automotive Software Tool: CATIA V5
Objective: To develop part model of hard trim B Pillar and skin creation of QTR Trim LWR for packaging studies and feasibility sections creation for the same. Generate B side features for the same. The models will be used for generating Class A surface for hard trims at a later stage.

Modeling, Modification, B side Attachments, Drafting and Detailing RSE BEZEL ASSY
Genre: Body Side Structures, Interiors, Automotive Software Tool: CATIA V5
Objective: Part and Assembly 3D modeling and Modification, application of B side features. Drawing creation as per the customer standards

3d modeling of Hood Insulator
Genre: Body Side Structures, Automotive Software Tool: CATIA V5
Objective: To develop part model of Hood Insulator and preparation of feasibility sections as per customer requirements.

Modifications, B side attachments for LOWER GRILLE, FOG LAMP BEZEL

Objective: To modify the Lower Grille, Fog Lamp Bezel as per customer specifications and providing B side attachments so also carry out its draft analysis.

Requirement sections GSD methodology
Genre: Feasibility and Packaging studies, Automotive Software Tool: CATIA V5
Objective: Requirement Sections or Feasibility sections are created at various locations of the Vehicle. Each section shows the details of the Panels, trims, sub-assemblies that fall in the particular location. These sections are created using GSD workbench. Each section should be parametric and updatable as the styling curve and the cut-line is replaced. Various design criterias are to be followed while creating these sections. Reference master sections are used as reference while creating these sections.

Objective: Scope of work was to create Part modeling, Assemblies and Drafting using parametric modeling concepts in CATIA V5. Input data was in the form of PDF files as well as AutoCAD drawings from customer.

Objective: Scope of work was to create Part modeling, Assemblies and Drafting in Solidworks. Input data was in the form of AutoCAD drawings from customer.
