1. In Process:
Weekly / monthly / yearly rejection trend analysis in mirror plant & presents to higher management.
Prepare & monitoring of in process inspection (petrol inspection) standard.
Preparing counter measure sheet & action plan for the minimization of line rejection.

Organizing QC-activities as per quality control plan.
Preparing PPAP doc. for new development & existing parts.
