PROJECT#1: RANDOM WINDER MACHINE.
DESCRIPTION:
Random winder consist of assembly and rewinding. It is suitable for winding staple, fibre yarns (cotton, synthetic blends etc.). The winding speed will vary according to the material and count of the yarn being processed. The maximum winding speed is 1000 mpm..
Waxing device is implemented for waxing the yarn, according to the requirements. Mechanical slub catcher is implemented for catching snarls and knots. Mechanical Tension device implemented for Winding tension can be controlled by adjusting tension device.

PROJECT#2: AUTOMATIC TUBE WINDING.
DESCRIPTION:
Automatic tube winding is winding yarn automatically in tube. After winding yarn, yarn is catching by tong assembly (yarn catcher). Scissor is cut the yarn, needle hold the yarn in tube, after cutting the yarn traverse slide bkt moves back and release winding tube, then next tube comes from hooper. Traverse slide bkt moves front and hold tube. All process are controlled by cam and pneumatic system.

PROJECT#3: AUTOMATIC COP PACKING (CONVEYOR ARRANGEMENT)
DESCRIPTION:
Automatic cop packing is pack the cops in box, conveyor arrangement implemented. Conveyor length 2.5 m drive roller and tension roller in ends. Conveyor belt passes two rollers.
