Project 1:
Project Title: Fridge Door Liner
Scope: Modeling and Drafting
Client: LG
Design Tool: Unigraphics NX5
Description:
The component is a plastic component manufactured by vaccum forming. It acts as a insulating sheet so that no heat flows in to the fridge from out side through door by heat transfer. The component is developed by using surface modeling tools. Reading the drawing in this project was difficult task.

Project 2:
Project Title: Cap Receiver
Scope: Modeling and Drafting
Client: Maruthi
Design Tool: Unigraphics NX5
Description:
Cap receiver is used in Car A/C on compressor. It regulates the flow of freegent. It is a complicated component. The component is manufactured in two stages, casting and then machining the cast part. So it required models of both casting and machining parts. Some of the lines were missing the views which had been assumed as per the drawing.

Academic project undertaken:
Project Title: Reduction of cracks and breakages on stem of engine valves during straightening operation.
Team Strength: 2
Organization: Rane Engine Valves Ltd. (REVL), Plant 2, Medchal.
Description:
In manufacturing process, valve is subjected to heat treatment operation. During heat treatment, because of uneven heating and uneven cooling, valve gets bending. Straightening machine is used to clear these bends formed on the valves. In straightening machine load is applied against the bend by placing the valve between the rotating rollers. During this process cracks are developing on stem of the valve.

Future Goals

To attain a challenging and responsible position in the field of CAD/CAM where I can contribute to the best of my skills and efforts for the growth of oneself as well as myself and match the best working along with the best.
