Design and analysis of test rig components for achieving continuous improvements in testing - using CATIA V5 and ANSYS 8.0
Conducting tests on the Advanced Light Helicopter’s (ALH) transmissions and SEAKING Helicopter Transmissions – (Prototypes and Regular Production)
Transmission consists of Main gear box (MGB), Auxiliary gear box (AGB), Intermediate gear box (IGB) and Tail gear box (TGB)
Tests include Load test (10 hr. and 5 hr.), Functional test, Designer’s test, Contact Pattern test, Actuation Free Wheel (AFW) test and special tests
Suggesting to the Design and Stress groups, improvements on the transmission systems of ALH
Project planning of the new ‘Light Combat Helicopter (LCH)’ – a conceptional stage helicopter – for the transmission systems
Complete management of the MGB load test and functional test rig
