I have worked on projects for TVS, Getrag Gears (Germany), HHML, GE Plastics etc. Right now I am working on a project for Whirlpool of India Ltd in Product Development Centre. My responsibilities include:
Design of Sheet metal, Plastic components.
Design of intricate engine components.
Comfortable at studying various types of technical drawing.
A & B class surface generation, surface quality check and analysis.
Conceptualize and Design new part/product.
Creation of 2D Production drawings from 3D Models and applying GD&T to 2D drawings.
Development of 3D models from finalized concept.
Large Assemblies using Layout, Skeleton (Top-down Concept) and drawings with parametric BOM.
Static Analysis for Structural parts.

Description
The Project activities involve the work to be done with the Customer at their Product Development centre for design and development of plastic and sheet metal parts.
Activities
Working as the team member involves in the activities i.e. concept generation & product development on the design intent provided by the customer working in Top Down approach and finalizing that concept with the complete detailing using GD&T and analysis for the refrigerator (Genius 180L) including sheet metal & Plastics components.

Project Creation & develop the Interior components for the Indian rail bay
Client GE Plastics.

Description
The Project activities involves the creating the styling surfaces from the given Inputs (ID) from the client, then in to class A surface (interior components), Creating detailed features, reinforcements, mountings details etc. (Class B surface). Creating detailed components drawings, tooling drawings & assembly drawings
Activities
Working as the team member involves in the activities i.e. using the style surface for creating the class A surfaces, class B surface & creating the detailed drawings for those using GD&T and assemblies with working in Top-down approach.

Project Creation & develop. Of 3D models for Hero Honda: Glamour fi & cbz xtreme & Splendor NXG.

Description
The project involves the activities to be done at the client end for the available data from the R&D of HHML under the guidance of their representatives as per their requirements. The whole new model (bike) needs to be converted to 3D model. Hence its 3D model is created to fulfill the same with maximum flexibility for modification.
Activities
Worked as the team coordinator and involves in the activities i.e. Creation of 3D models of 2-wheeler i.e. engine components, frame components (tubular components, sheet metal components) and interaction with the customers at their end.

Project Creation of 3D models for Hitech Getrag Gears Ltd.

Description
Getrag Gears has its operations in India in collaboration with Hitech
Gears Ltd. at Gurgaon. As most of the designing is done in Germany, the
Gears have to be remodeled in India for easy modification of the gears. As

Hitech-esoft.
