This project involved Modeling & Detailing of Water tanks & road barrier. I was responsible for issuing fabrications mould drawings (Detailed). GD&T of the parts were added.

This project involved Modeling & Detailing of fixing bracket. I was responsible for issuing manufacturing drawings (Detailed). GD&T of the parts were added.

Brake Pedal assembly-fixture design:
This project involved modeling and assembling of brake components to design the fixture for Final inspection of the assembly. From the created assembly I designed the fixture and issued the manufacturing drawing.

3. Worked as a Production Engineer in Plastic mould & Components in United Industries, Chennai from July 2002 to May 2004.
Responsibilities:
Production Plan: Monthly operations plan according to requirement of the customers.
In process Inspection: Checking the process parameters and inspect the production.
Daily Production Report: Registering daily production. And also calculate the material consumption, overall equipment efficiency, and downtime analysis and rejection details.
