Job Description:
Development of new range of polymer compounds according to the customer specification
Standardization of process conditions for various Polymer compounds
Initiates continuous improvement process to improve reliability of the production line.
Responsible in achieving production schedule and ensuring proper use of manpower.
In charge of monitoring the output of the production.
Oversees coordinates and assigns activities of workers that process package test to ensures that all personnel are fully utilized reducing non value added tasks that will only increase the manufacturing cost.
Testing of raw materials and finished Polymer compounds.
Supervision of various polymer and filler batch preparation
Prepares and implements methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other units to be able to know if the given production schedules are achievable or additional production days will be requested to meet the needed products.
Provides solution to various work related problems encountered recommends measures and initiates continuous improvement processes to enhance production reliability and quality.
Requisition materials and supplies to be able to ensure that production has enough raw materials packaging materials and operating supplies for manufacturing use thus avoiding downtime due to unavailability of these items.

Prepares documents and implements a general routine quality and calibration program of quality equipment such as MFI Density VST Tensile Test Reversion Test Impact Test and other test
Conducts regular testing as per ISI Standards IS: 4984 IS: 4985 IS: 14151 in accordance with Beuro of Indian Standards.
Conducts product monitoring activities at the start of operations and establishes frequencies. Participates in cost reduction and quality studies and process equipment capability studies.
Ensures defect prevention in the manufacturing / process areas.
Provides technical information to assist in the problem solving process in the operation. Recommends solution and formulates corrective actions to address quality related problems. Tracks and measures effectiveness of corrective action formulates preventive action.
Ensures compliance with the requirements of the Government related to product quality and safety.
Prepares routine test reports and technical reports for submission to Beuro of Indian Standard.
Maintains quality test records and other pertinent data by having a good Q. C. system.
