Features Of The Mould
It is a 2-plate four-cavity injection mould.
It is based on small insert concept.
In those component fine holes at the diameter of 0.490.0.600, 0.620, 0.700, 0.710, 0.800, 0.900, 0.920
The main parameter of the component is co-ordinates are with in +/- 3 microns.
Ejecto r pin diameters are 0.500, 0.600, 0.700, and 0.800.
It is a split and complicated.
To tal weight of the component is 0.04 grams.

Project Title: Intermediate Date Wheel
This is a micro precision injection mould (R&D PROJECT) watch component the accuracy of the component is 3 micron.

Features Of The Mould
It is a 3-plate four-cavity injection mould.
It is based on small insert of diameter 20mm.
The main parameter of the component is the gear tooths
Ejector pin diameters are 0.200mm.
