JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Patroling on M/cs.
2. Manpower planning as accordance with their efficiency.
3. Helping in calculating efficiency of M/c, percentage of rejection, hourly production.
4. Manage to support Operators to minimize rejection & have maximum productivity.
5. Take active attention to avoid break down/down time for both mould & M/cs
6. Take action to shoot injection moulding defects like short shot, silver marks, shrinkage, warpage, voids, black spots, colour difference, weldlines, burn marks, stretch marks, pin marks, nozzle leakage, nozzle choke, breaking during injection, flowmarks, sink marks etc.
