Injection Molding Process:
Knowledge in PPCP, LLDPE, PCPBT and Master batch raw materials.
Setting the process parameters against the defect component.

Fasteners:
Knowledge in Pickle phosphating, Wire drawing processes.

In the field of Production Planning and Control:
Material Resource Planning:
Receiving 1+2 months sales plan from Marketing and work out for Raw materials and consumables as per projections to meet the production schedules with out any production stoppage due to non availability of materials.

Production & Dispatch Planning:
Preparation of Monthly Production Schedule (MPS) as per firm monthly sales plan given by Marketing and releasing the daily production schedules as per MPS.
Monitoring the production compliance on daily, weekly & monthly basis and taking the Corrective and Preventive actions for poor compliance.
Releasing the dispatch schedules for Dispatch section as per sale orders.
Monitoring the compliance against the deliveries.

Customer satisfaction:
Collecting the customer feed back reports from Marketing and computing the customer satisfaction levels.
Conducting CFT review to improve the customer satisfaction levels to which the level is low.
Monitoring the customer satisfaction levels.
