Responsibilities in Plastic Engineering:
Pre-Planning for manufacturing of all related Furniture and Crates component and other industrial component.
Troubleshooting techniques and Problem solving method and its remedies
Quality assistance and inspection of plastic Product.
Off site work for vendor manufacturing parts and problem solving.
Creative action for implementing the shop floor and reducing the scrap material.

Worked As A “Contract Engineer at Gas Turbine Research Establishment (GTRE)” Defence Research and Development Organization (DRDO) in Ministry of Defence, Bangalore, from June 2002 to Sep 2004.
Responsibilities in Process Engineering:
Process planning for manufacturing of Gas Turbine Engine Components for the KAVERI ENGINE program (LCA).
Preparation of method Sheet, Tooling Sheet and Fixture drawing for the manufacturing process of Gas Turbine Engine Components.
Estimating the material planning, manufacturing method, for components related KAVERI ENGINE.
Co-ordination with different modules with designer and manufacturer for effective process planning.

Responsibilities in Design Engineering:
Study of 2D drawing for the component of KAVERI ENGINE and Analysing its complex surface.
The source of the Component was 2D drawings and the same details were used to create the 3D model.
Stage wise drawings with necessary guidelines to achieve total quality were incorporated in the product Design.
The detailing of the entire drawing was carried out as per the client specifications.

In Future we need to start an Industries after 10-15 Years. in that we crossed 2-3 years. Remaining years we need overall industrial experiences aswell as marketing.
