Working on Project, & inspection of Engine (6 cylinder & 4 cylinder) RearAxle Components like M/C Parts, Sheet Metal Parts, Rubber & Plastic Parts.
Accelerating & monitoring the process of component development by dealing with suppliers regarding quality issues & corrective actions for improvement in the process.
Interaction about the part functioning & testing of components with R&D, & Metallurgical Lab regarding the Material properties, Metallurgical processes. Also interaction about the sample purchase, & Documents with Ancillary Dep.
Visit to Supplier as per plan to review about Sample status, Process verification & control & PPAP documentation.
