The plant having multi-stage fully automatic.Assembly &stage wise testing line for outer & inner rear view Mirror system, Command & Control cables, Parking brake lever, Gear Shifters, Windshield washer system, Grab Handle etc. Mainly supplies to OEM i.e. TATA MOTORS,Ford India, Mexico, SA, GM, Toyota Kirlosakar Motors, Mahindra & Mahindra, Fiat, Hindustan Motors,Mahindra Renault, Shivani Meritors, also Brose Cable Project can handle the company. Company is practicing Kaizen & in process of implementing Ford Q1.

Carry out Inspection of all Incoming material.
Preparation CPQP for all incoming part.
Layout inspection for all initial development parts like glass ,rubber ,plastic & sheet metal
Control on non-conforming products at receiving end.

SPC study for critical & significant characters of product.
Material testing as per plan from outside lab.
