Roles & Responsibilities:
Managed all Quality Assurance Activity (Incoming Inspection, In process Inspection, Assembly inspection, Final Inspection and PDI Inspection.)
Conducting the Process & Product Audit as per schedule.
Conducting the Layout Audit as per schedule.
Preparing the AOI, ISAR & PPAP for new and existing products.
Preparing PFMEA, PFD, Control Plan and Work Instruction for all products.
Preparing Receiving Inspection Standard (RIS) for all incoming parts.
Preparing the Appearance Inspection Sheet (AIS) for new and existing products.
Ensure Quality of product supplies to customers through Incoming (Supplier Quality), In process Inspection, Assembly inspection, Final Inspection and PDI Inspection.
Co-ordinate with Development department during new product development.
Involved in Customer complaint corrective action activities with CFT Team.
Involved in Problem-Solving activities by using 7 QC tools.
Preparing the 3D-Counter Measure for customer complaints.
Conducting Daily Rejection analysis meeting with CFT to reduce the rejection.
Preparing the Revalidation reports monthly wise as per our customer requirements.

Preparing the graphical chart for In process, supplier and final inspection rejection PPM trend.
Preparing the Quality department performance report Monthly wise.
