Responsibilities & Job Profile:
To maintain appropriate records and documentations of all plant activities, Laboratory analysis in order to keep/achieve production quality on specifications.
Responsible in the raw material and chemical handling/preparation prior to process requirement according to the MSDS and as per established SOP.
Respond immediately to process upsets and emergencies promptly and carry out action as per established procedure.
Maintain accurate and timely logging of data of equipment in the field.
Coordinate with maintenance department for day-to-day maintenance, preventive maintenance, annual maintenance jobs and calibration of all significant instruments.
Coordinate with quality control department regarding testing of raw materials and products.
Prepare the recipe as specified by the Researcher.
Documentation of various research results for polystyrene quality improvement.
Evaluation of product quality through Injection Molding machine for HIPS and Pre-expansion machine and Block Molding machine for EPS.
Prepare work permits to the maintenance personnel for the necessary job to be done.
To carry out modifications required in the plant.
Responsible for the operation of SCADA/DCS.
Ensures readiness of all safety equipment.
Review and establish the working SOP's.
