• Handling of customer complaints, Follow-up & verifications of effectiveness of (8D) corrective and preventive actions.
• Analysis on rejection & rework, taking corrective and preventive actions for any non-conformance occurs.
• PPAP preparation for new products or running product process / Engg changes

• Imparting training on SPC & SQC tools for better data interpretation and problem solving
• Establishing systems like Kaizen, 5 `S' in Q.C. department
