Familiars of all Plastic raw materials testing equipments.
To maintain the records of all incoming raw materials.
Raw material Testing:
Testing Mechanical & chemical properties of Raw Material such as MFI, Elonganation, Moisture contains, Filler contains.
Each & every Batch is tested whenever the material is inwarded.
To give the approval for every new material after testing.
Validation of raw material:
All the Batches are checked after every two months.
To maintain the records of all validation testing of raw materials.
Familiars of all raw material testing equipments:
Raw material testing equipments are very well known.
To maintain the records of all incoming raw material:
To keep the tracking of all incoming raw materials through oracle application.
Equipments are as follows:
Mfi (Melt Flow Indexer).
Utm (Universal Testing Machine).
