Presently working with a leading company as a Designing Engineer from July 2006 till date.

Worked for one year working with Indo German Tool Room Aurangabad, A Govt. Of India Society Under Ministry of Industry - Small scale, as DESIGN Engineer from July 2005 to July 2006.
Project is a joint venture of Govt. of India and GTZ. Govt. Of Germany. A Tool Room with World Class Design and Manufacturing facility. Equipped with high-end software packages and most advanced high-speed CNC machines to match globally competitive tool room market, awarded by ISO 9001.
MY PARTICIPATION:
1). Generation of a solid and surface models using unigraghics as CAD Tool for the automotive components, assembling of a modeled components and drafting of components like Housing component, gear injection unit etc.
2). Preparation of 3D models for complex components (plastics /sheet metal / Die Casting) & generate TOOLPATH on UNIGRAPHICS NX3.
Core - Cavity extraction by using Mould Wizard in UNIGRAPHICS NX3.

MAJOR PROJECTS HANDLED:
1). Design, Modelling and core cavity extraction for single cavity injection mould for outer cover (medical kit) using Unigraghics nx3. CUSTOMER: - L & T MUMBAI.
2). Design, Modelling and core cavity extraction for two cavity injection mould HOUSING by using Unigraghics CUSTOMER: ELCOM INTERNATIONAL PVT LTD.
3). Design, modeling, core cavity extraction for eight cavity injection mould of KNOB by using Unigraghics, AutoCAD, CUSTMER:ELCOM INTERNATIONAL PVT LTD.
