• To complete day to day testing as per NABL norms and prepare test report and send to
customer/or higher authority.
• Testing of compounded material and colour checking of coloured Master-batches and
compound.
• Arrange the calibration service visit as per instrument maintenance record and collect
the certificate as per requirement.
• Hands experience on Polymer characterization instruments, DSC and FTIR.
• Hands experience on UTM, Impact Tester, MFI Tester, HDT, VST & Hardness (Shore A &
D), BYK Spectrophotometer etc.
