Job Description

To manage all daily actions of the work team honestly reporting to the Manager / HOD of the Plant
To make sure to follow the work priority given by the different department, (Confirming with HOD)
To look after the small maintenance works or meet any statutory obligations so that the condition of the site improves and the performance of the Tooling machines remains stable
To ensure that all activities of maintenance undertaken safely and in accordance with Company’s Health & Safety Management, System & Policies
To confirm the Next day work plan / Schedule along with the Dept HOD,
To make sure of the DPM of the machines and equipments,

Responsible for all kind of maintenance work at right time with quality,
Responsible for all blow molding machines of India plant.
To monitor daily break downs and records to be updated.
Do preventive maintenance as per plan.
Responsible for secondary section machines
Monitor Fire equipments and fire pump house.
Responsible for electrical yard and panel rooms.
Responsible for daily check of cooling towers, chillers, compressor, RO Plant.
Responsible for reducing equipment & machine breakdown time,
Ensuring safe working environment and safety at working environment,
Ensuring Discipline in work area in maintenance & in the Company premises.
Coordination with Concern department for the maintenance work,
Reducing cost of maintenance by applying innovative ideas and adhering to preventive maintenance,
Continuous improvement ideas are always welcomed to expose to the HOD/Manager,
Prioritizing break down maintenance work Discussing with the Production Manager,
Maintaining daily work register,

Zero percent accident during maintenance, (Using Safety Guards)
Breakdown maintenance need to attend within one hour of reporting the same, (To support for the best efficiency of the production)
In the absence of Surender Kumar another Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for his activities.
