Job Description

Managing the maintenance function of Extrusion, Tape Plant, Lamination Machines, Liner, RP and Utility Plants.
To ensure all machines and Plants running efficiently
He should have ability to troubleshoot root cause of machine breakdown
Maintain critical spares
Train workers and team members on improving practices to reduce breakdown
Ensure proper preventive maintenance schedule
Ensure availability of all utilities

To minimize the production downtime by managing a maintenance function to keeps machinery operating effeciently.
Monitoring the production process, maintenance and downtime of the machines.
Creating daily maintenance report and breakdown report.
Ensure zero breakdowns and 100% preventive maintenance of machines.
Zero re occurrence of failures.
Coordination & follow up with key external vendors and maintenance consultants.
Coordination with Process for planning of mechanical jobs.
Execution of mechanical activities within budgeted expenses.
Attends to breakdowns, diagnoses faults, and oversees equipment improvements and time critical repairs.
To report to the organization’s top management on the effectiveness and suitability of the management system.
Confirming the nonconformity and determine the disposition of nonconforming materials.
Reporting on corrections and corrective actions taken at Management Review meetings
