The Company is a manufacturing company having 2 divisions Cables and Plastics Processing catering to the requirement of signaling cables, quad cables, power cables, jelly filled cables for railways and institutions, corporate houses and plastic injection moulded components for consumer durables industry, infrastructure, plastic flexible packaging film, laminates, liners both printed and unprinted in roll and pouch form for industrial packaging, food packaging, medical packaging,. The current group turnover is Rs 950 million, with a workforce of 240 people.
Implementing and setting up the Plastic Processing Unit in Greater Noida. Reporting to the Board of Directors of the Company.
Technical guidance in plastic multi layer film co-extrusion processing, plastic injection moulding, plastic rotogravure and screen printing, guidance on structure/ formulation for various packaging needs, product development and laying out the testing and quality assurance plan.

Implemented and setting up the Plastic Compounding Unit in Faridabad in 1996 and Silvassa in 1999 with indigenous plant and machinery for production with material handling systems.
Technical guidance in product development and laying out the quality assurance plan.
Developed MDPE pipe coating compound with indigenous batch type internal mixer and supplied to the Dahej -Vijapur gas pipeline project of GAIL India in 2003.

Hind Polymers was the first company to manufacture import substitution insulation compounds and colour master batches used in the manufacture of polyethylene insulated jelly filled telecom cables, sheathing compound for optical fibre cable industry in India, exported cable compounds in 1991, exported MDPE pipe coating compound to Egypt for Suez Canal project in 1992.
Actively involved in identifying and sourcing of raw materials and providing technical inputs for developing import substitution products for the first time in India for jelly filled and optical fibre cable industry, automobiles, and pipelines.
Provided technical assistance to the customers in processing our products by running their extrusion processing equipments and help indigenize the market in competition to the international petrochemical giants.
Developed and implemented overall Quality Plan for the company.
Handled customers all over India and abroad for both technical support and marketing and negotiated with promoters based companies as well as public sector undertakings through tender process, as well as professionally managed companies, among others
