Job Description
1.Setting individual sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives for the assigned region.
2.Identification of new customers to ensure budgeted growth and new business development
3.Meeting sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
4.Addressing customer complaints & ensuring timely resolution of the same in defined time.
5.Analyzing market trends, discover new opportunities for growth, close eyes on competitor’s strategy/activities.
6.Maintaining and increasing sales trends with timely collection of payments.
7.Developing specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term.
8.Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions.
9.Any other task assigned on time to time based on sales plan.

Person with techno commercial skills, having 5-6 years relevant experience in PVC /Polymers/Chemical industries
