Job Profile:
To guide the Tool Design Engineers (CAD) in the design of P.D.C. Dies and Plastic Injection Moulds etc. required for mass production of components of Two Wheeler Automobiles.
To check and review the above Tool Designs and forward the same to group head for approval.
To provide inputs for continuous improvement and upgradation of designs and achieve customer satisfaction as per Quality policy set by company Management.
To plan and distribute in consultation with group head, the work amongst Designers.
To set up targets and ensure compliance.
To effectively implement standardization and Value Engineering functions.
To attend trouble shooting, during Manufacturing of Dies and Moulds etc. in Tool Room and attend trials for Production Validation.
To review designs as per feed back from Tool Room, Production and Process.
To assist group head to maintain records.
