Testing of Pipe plants and Blow moulding which include Refer / understand customer requirement / sales job order, Suggestion of change / modify specification after consulting resp. dept. if any. Testing as per Procedure / specification. Follow up with resp. dept for to complete rework, if any. Machine readiness in totality as per customer / product requirement.
As a part of my job, I have to look customer’s requirement regarding Processing, Electrical and electronic, Mechanical design verification and proving the final End Product up to the customer's satisfaction level at our end and at Their Site.

Successfully Erection and commissioning of Blow moulding m/c at Rwanda. Put the Benchmark of Production of 30000 /25000 bottles per day for HDPE / PP with three parision die first time. Got the Appreciation letter for this from our Export manager.
Successfully comm. Of Blow moulding m/c with unscrewing (KBM20) and monolayer film (KWAT900) plant in Kenya. Major roll to develop Unscrewing Device. And successfully proven at site.
Major roll to develop KBM50 m/c with TMC control, KBM100, FIFO dies for all blow moulding m/cs etc.
