Designing Organization Chart & Reporting Structure and Facilitating Employee Goal Setting, defining &
designing KRA & KPI accordingly.
Balance Score Card: Facilitating Target Setting phase, Midyear Review & Year End Appraisal.
Compile Year end appraisals for managers in the factory; review of the assessment forms for
officers based on the criteria set out, identify potential through joint evaluation by the functional

Responsible for change management during acquisition, due diligence on workmen issues.
Negotiate with unions, minute and conclude the agreed points, prepare the draft agreement. Practices such as Terminations, Disciplinary issues & actions regarding alcohol consumption, unsafe work culture, sleeping on duty, misbehave with colleagues etc.
Discuss with the advocates on the draft agreement and third party in case of conciliation, participate in the conciliation meetings, sign the settlement; collate and analyze the nearby industries unionized salary trends in order to maintain healthy industrial relations at factory.
ISO PRACTICE & IMPLEMENTATION

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Work with Corporate HR on the design and implementation of an equity-based compensation program including: Market Research, Designing Compensation Scale, Budgeting, Monitoring pay practices for effectiveness and cost containment.
Provide input to corporate HR on performance assessment scores and check accuracy of computations to review compensation and benefits periodically, sign and check letters of increment, compare for internal parity to propose salary for the new candidatures.

Conduct exit interviews meetings in case of resignations, Coordinate with Functional Managers on issues, training and development needs of the factory, coordinate and provide for systems and behavioral training.
Differentiate Exit on basis of Resignation, Transfer/Deputation, Retirement, Termination, and
Death so as to maintain an effective calculation during Attrition Analysis.
Maintain employee’s relations in order to effectively manage the talent pipeline at the factory.
Focus on long term employee retention plan, scopes and developing strategies.
