JOB DESCRIPTION:-
Developing the HR plans and policies in conjunction with the company’s overall development plan.
Overall responsibility of man power planning and recruitment's.
Developing the induction program-mes for the new recruits.
Developing and implementing the performance appraisal system for the company and co-coordinating it with other line managers.
Co-coordinating with finance department for processing of payments to employees on time.
Identifying the training needs, developing training programs to ensure constant learning and development of employees.
Dealing with the final settlement of employees when they leave.
Developing various reports for management which make it easy to make decisions regarding the current resources.
Ensuring all gate activities & verifying all the register maintained on gate (RGP, NRGP, Visitors etc.) moment of employee & Visitors.
Arranging, maintaining and rendering medical first aid to workmen of the company as and when need arise.
Liaisoning with various officials in department of various PF & ESIC, Labour office, Electricity Board, Fire Office, Pollution Control Board, Bank etc.
