To review and identify the manpower requirement needs of various departments consult with department Hod’s to ensure optimum utilization of manpower and managing the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources.

Maintaining attendance details of employees to identify LWP deductions, late coming deductions statement and Overtime payments.
Processing of employee’s payroll, pay slips & salary bank transfer statements, annual leave payments, services allowances, attendance bonus overtime payments etc.
Developing and maintaining documentation and controls for all payroll related activities and procedures; serving as the main contact all payroll related issues.
Processing salary advances as well as Full & Final settlements.
Statutory Compliances:
Strict adherence and compliances with the provisions of various labour legislations (EPF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, PT etc.) Registrations & Renewals, Liaison with Labour Dept. & local Govt. authorities.
P.F, E.S.I., P.T & Gratuity - Calculations, Remittances, Filings - i.e., - Payment Challans, Monthly/Half Yearly/Annual Returns & PF transfer/ Settlement, Handling of inspection & internal, External Audits etc.
Handling Employee’s queries (Shared Services) regarding PF, ESI, PT deductions, PF Withdrawals, ESI hospitalization etc.
Knowledge of ERP Systems.
Looking after Bonus & Gratuity.
Performance Management Systems:
Handling the administration of performance appraisal system including periodical performance reviews and performance appraisals of all staff members.
Coordinating with Department Hod’s & Superiors for performance appraisals and forwarding the Performance Appraisal formats to Employees and Departments.
Responsible for setting of KRA’s, Mid Year Reviews, Annual Reviews, and conducting competency assessments and all performance appraisal activities.
Collecting the Performance Appraisals feedbacks and make appraisal feedback meetings with employees to know their strengths, weakness and developing their key performance areas by providing necessary inputs and training sessions to them.
Staff service confirmation, probation extension based on their performance on the job and feedback.
Training & Development:
To coordinate with department Hod’s for identifying training and development needs and conducting training need analysis and competencies assessment.
Manage & validate training MIS, Maintaining Training Records, Analysis of Training Feedback, Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with HOD’s, evaluating training and development programmes.
Managing the development of training curriculum; formulating and reviewing training outlines and maintaing of all training records.
Preparation of Annual & Monthly training calendar based on performance appraisal feedbacks, regular meetings with department Hod’s.
Conduct the reviews with concerned department Hod’s for confirmation or training extension of trainee employees.
Employee Relations & Employee Engagement:
To be responsible for maintaining harmonious and cordial industrial relations in the Organization.
Employee communication, Birthdays / Anniversaries, Festival Events, Sports Events, Inter Dept. Events / Competitions / Games / Quizzes.
Organizing Medical Health Camps and administering Group Mediclaim employee insurance and Personnel accident insurance policies for all the employees.
To keep industrial disciplines and issue the warning letters to late coming, absenteeism, suspension etc.
Improving Employee Engagement & looking after Reward & Recognition Schemes.
Time Office & Leave Administration:
Monitoring all the employee attendance in shift wise and preparation of day to day late comings and absentee’s reports.
Maintaining and monitoring overtime hours of workers.
Maintaining and monthly updating of the leave records of all the employees on the Biometric system and following up with employees for their leave applications.
Preparing MIS reports every month like current manpower, monthly new joiners & attrition details.
Preparation of monthly attendance statement for salary processing.
HRIS & Exit Formalities:
Formulation of HR policies and procedures according to organizational needs and successfully implementation through out the Organization.
Maintain employee database and updating of employees personal files.
Handling Resignations, Exit Interviews and formalities resigned employees.
General Administration Responsibilities:
Managing administrative activities involving purchase of housekeeping equipments, Uniforms, maintenance of procurement, safety shoes etc.
Managing repair, maintenance & replacement of office equipments, appliances, furniture, furnishings etc.,
Vendor management- Oversee acquisition, installation of equipments that are required for the facility – IT Systems, air conditioning etc.
