MIS
Developing various monthly & yearly MIS reports.
Preparing MIS reports which includes information related to Manpower, KPI’s, new hires, Transfer, Promoted, resigned, salary cost of payroll, contractor’s and Job work employees, etc.
conducting quarterly internal HR audits in our various plants & facing social audits, ISO audit & statutory audits.
Design & implementing HR policies, employee’s welfare policies and manual.
Developing and executing reward and recognition policies and framework specific to projects.
Responsible for Salary & wages Administration on Ascent Payroll software for 7 plants
Responsible for Gratuity & Leave - Actuarial valuation, Attrition/Retention, Current & Projected Wage Analysis monthly & yearly.
Well verse with the concepts of database management & Time Management such as salary & wages administration, attendance, New hires employee’s information, Leaves, Compensation, Bonus, Taxes, Loan & advance, Reimbursement etc.
Employee’s benefits – Preparing & maintaining Leave Encashment, Bonus, Medical Reimb, and Salary compensation as per norms.
Ensuring timely compliance of factory act, minimum wages act gratuity act, bonus act, provident fund act & other applicable statutory regulations.
Manpower – Overall responsibility of manpower planning & Head Hunts.
Recruitment & Selection – Ascertaining manpower requirements, screening and short listing resumes through job portals for sourcing quality candidates within the least time; conducting preliminary interviewing and negotiations with identified candidates.
Negotiating & disbursing salaries, generating offer letters, generating weekly & monthly recruitment reports and organising induction & training programmes for new joinees.
Joining formalities of new employees - conducting induction and orientation for new joinees, maintain personal files, open the salary account and updating records at regular intervals such as issue offer letter, appointment letter etc.

Responsible for statutory payments of PF/ ESIC/ PT/ Gratuity/ LWF.
Performance appraisals –
Responsible for the entire performance appraisal process.
Analysis of performance appraisal data and relating the ratings with annual increment.
Checking increments based on companies’ profit, increment budget and rating of employees.
Prepared Revised Salary Break-up for all Employees after finalization.
Verify employee references and academic qualifications.
Prepare & Maintain records of employees status change i.e. probation, Confirmation, retirement, termination, reliving, Show cause, Warning letter, etc
Effectively handled Employees Cases/issues related to salary, increment, promotion, transfer etc.
Dealing with the final settlement of employees when they leave.
Involved in the disciplinary and grievance procedure & resolving HRIS related issues such salary advance, salary register, final dues, employees database etc.
Update management on a variety of matters including absence, poor performance, managed terminations, disciplinary and grievance matters, flexible working arrangements, advising on legal framework, options and potential risks.
Compute TDS on Salaries.
To ensure that the tax savings investments and supporting have been properly provided by employees and also checking the validity of documents provided by the employees for tax savings.
Prepare and distribute the TDS certificate (Form 16) to salaried and for the tax deducted during the year.
Authenticating bills related to contractors & HR/ Admin & coordinating with finance department for processing of payment.
To ensure necessary arrangement for visitor/auditors those visiting factory.
Organizing annual medical health checkup for employees.
