Company Profile: Manufacturer of the Refrigerators Washing machines, Air conditioners. Machines from 110T to 1600T of Windsor, Italtech and Godrej are available in the shop.
Tool-Room is responsible for the mould maintenance, correction and modification of 510 moulds including 98 moulds running in-house. Tool-room is equipped with the machines such as 2 Lathe machines, 2 Radial drilling machines, 2 Surface grinding machines, 2 milling machines, 1 Cylindrical grinding machine, Power saw and bench grinder and 1 EDM machine for Sparking operation
Job Profile:
Responsible for all day to day tool-room activities including daily planning And execution of the tool-room work.
All the moulds breakdowns are attained if possible on machine or in tool-Room to ensure minimum production loss
Problem solving autonomous maintenance working smartly to reduce Rejection maintain equipment properly, proper communication, maintain 5S And all that activities which lead organization growth
Responsible for maintenance and modifications and trials of all the moulds From all the supplier, who are running the plastic moulds, in company tool-Room or if possible at supplier’s end by considering urgency
Responsible for all the modifications in moulds suggested by supplier, R&D, Design department. To check the feasibility of the modification by Understanding 2D/3D drawings provided by considering the impact of Modification on the molded component.
Strictly Implementing Company Safety Policies, Procedures & SOP while Adhering permit to work system, CAPA, HIRA (Hazard Impact and Risk Analysis), Aspect and Impact, IMS (Integrated management system) audit Which consists of ISO, EMS and OHSAS, Business Excelance audit Preparation, conducting Critical task analysis, preparing Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
Actively acting as a CAT-Corrective Action Team member & CFT-Cross Functional Team member with marketing, quality, design and R&D Department to resolve the issues in the field at the customers end.

Plastic Injection Moulding Shop (Worked for initial 6 months):
Supervising operations for attaining the monthly production targets and tracking progress against targets by analyzing daily reports of assembly line of refrigerators and washing machines
Responsible for proper implementation of planning & quality (Standard Procedures) product in process along with over see that the production target are met while the quality is maintained with specifications.
Dexterous in Load planning and analysis of data related to department such as available load v/s capacity, target for production, allotment of overtime, etc.
Responsible for Manpower training, tool-box meetings, validation for production shop, Motivate operator and technical assistants to achieve targets and to view towards optimum utilization of 4M (man, machine, material, money)
Continuous monitoring of the machine frequencies to ensure optimum consumption of the electricity to achieve maximum KG/KW-Hr ration of 1.33, reusing the material from the scrap.
