Plan and manage inventory and spare parts for optimization of operations, without interuptions and utmost reliability.
Proactively identifying areas of obstruction/breakdowns and taking steps to rectify the machines and equipments through application like MTTR and MTBF, CAPA.
Preparing SOP’s manuals and work instructions for production operation for the units.
Reviewing the production process, monitoring the machine utilization, structuring the work flow,diagnose and rectify descrepencies and upgrade the technical capability and increase machine work efficiency.
Execute energy saving and other cost saving measure through process modification and projects.
Installation and commissioning of machinary and equipments. Study process intricacies, conduct trial runs to meet targeted performance quality/quantity parameters for expansion and renovations.
Prepare annual maintenance budget and set targets and formulate budgeting controls.
