Non servo High speed Cutter specially to cut pipe at line speed of 25mtr/min.It is an achievement to give economic solution for high output conduit lines at higher speed.
Find solution for sourcing of chip less cutter for HDPE and PPR Pipe, Vacuum tank size above 630 mm and CPVC Pipe compound.
HDPE Pipe Plant to make casing and pressure pipe with common plant. Produced pipe from SDR 11 to SDR 105. I have commissioned this plant at Oman and produce 630
mm x 60 mm pressure pipe and 630 mm x 6 mm casing pipe.
RPVC/HDPE Profile Plant and Pipe Plant with common downstream.
High speed HDPE Pipe plant for smaller pipe. Commission this plant at Brazil with dual lines.
Drip Lines Project Development for Processing Trials and Demonstration to end user customer. Successfully commissioned flat drip lines and produce 12, 16 and 20mm
tubes @ 150 mtr/min line speed for ISI and commercial application.
CPVC Pipe Plant Processing Development.

output, higher line speed up to 30mtrs/min considering optimum utilization of Plant with single or dual strand line.
Processing know how for CPVC and PPR Pipe for Hot and Cold water Application.
Know how for Multilayer Pipe Processing for HDPE and PPR Pipes.
