Job profile: Incharge of Business Development, Sales & Service of Equipments for the Countries of India & South East Asia like Srilanka, Pakistan, Nepal, Malaysia & Singapore.
Job responsibilities: Fully responsible for Profitable Region by Achieving set targets.
Job responsibilities – Sales & Service
1.Identifying key areas of business development and taking sales initiatives for business development.
2.Generating and handling enquiries.
3.Submitting the techno-commercial proposals according to the requirement of the customer after necessary calculations.
4.Following up enquiries to ensure realization of business as per the set targets on monthly / yearly basis and ensuring the achivement of the defined targets.
5.Ensuring order to be technically & commercially complete.
6.Ensuring that OFM (Order Forwarding Memo) and other documents and other post order related information are prepared and submitted to the principals.
7.Ensuring clearance of the outstanding payment as per the schedule.
8.Ensuring submission of fortnightly / weekly reports, invoice / cash plans, sales reports, bills timely etc.
9.Coordinating through service department for commissioning of equipment and ensuring hand over of the equipments to the customer up to their satisfaction.
10.Ensuring implementation of Clear standards and its documentation.
11.Collecting and reporting competitors information and studying market trends and market intelligence.
12.Maintaining a healthy relation with the customers and the consultants.
13.Ensuring collection of appreciated letters from satisfied customers.
14.Updating the database and ensuring proper organization of documents.
15.Collecting orders & payments for supervision of Erection & Commissioning.
16.Participating in product training, exhibitions, trade shows, seminars etc.
17.Carrying out any other duty & responsibility assigned by the management from time to time.
18.Designing, printing & sending mailers to targeted application areas for enquiry generation.

JOB PROFILE - They manufacture plastic auxillary machines like Auto Loaders, Centralised Conveying Systems, hot air dryers, dehumidifying plastic as well as room dryers, chillers, mould temp. controllers etc. i was the branch manager incharge of the sales as well as service of these units for the south indian market.
As a Branch Manager my responsibities was to achive the target planned for the respective years by the company & to motivate the sales team of my branch to reach above set goal with the help of my service team.
