Job Profile::
Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of the production departments like Extruder, Looms and Lamination.
Develop and implement plans to efficiently use materials, labour and equipments to meet production targets.
Develop production schedules and maintain inventory of raw materials and finished fabrics and bags.
Direct quality control inspection systems and methods of work.
Supervise and training of employees in the use of equipments or production techniques.
Check and inspect the quality, Gsm, Mesh, specification of fabric rolls as per our customer requirements.
Develop and implement schedules and procedures of safety inspections and preventive maintenance programs.
Maintain and report the monthly MIS report & monthly stock report to the higher authorities.
