Polymer Laboratory – Quality Assurance
Worked in Polymer laboratory as an Executive, where the Processing and Testing of various polymers like HDPE, LLDPE, MDPE, PP, PVC, HDPE Pipe & Duct Testing and Packaging analysis. At this laboratory, I worked from the commissioning stage. I have got hands on experience with Injection molding machine & Blow molding, Killion Cast film extrusion plant, Blown film extruder, TQPP film plant, Raffia tape plant, Haake rheocord, High speed mixer for compounding and also routine maintenance work of all above machine.
Hands on experience of Melt Flow Indexer, Rheometer, Dart Impact Tester, COF apparatus, Tensile Tester, Izod Impact Tester, Flexural Tester, Hardness Tester, XRF, FTIR, CILAS Particle Size analyzer, Colorimeter, Densimeter, Brabender Mixer & all plastics related testing equipment which includes its Calibration also.
