Manufacturers of variety of engineering polymer compounds meeting requirements of various segments of Indian plastic industry. Eg. PC (FR, UF, Filled, UV), NYLON (FR, UF, Filled), PBT, PP (FR, UF, Filled), PPO, Alloys etc. as per requirement of customers.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Responsible for providing technical helps to customer for Injection Molding Process.
Suggesting to customers for selection of right materials for the application.
Conducting trials of material at customer’s end. Suggesting for optimistic process and getting good quality during development.
Provide technical help to customer for reducing rejection and wastage at their end.
Involvement in new developments to provide good quality and competitive price to customer.
Handle the Customer complaints and visit personally if required.
Provide all the datas to R&D related to injection molding process to reach up to Route cause to avoid future failures.

Joined as a Production Engineer & than as a Sr. Production Engineering & Relieved as an Assistant Manager Production.
Duties/Responsibilities
Daily Production Monitoring of Thermoplastics & Thermoset Injection Molding.
Responsible for Production Activities like Mold changes, Man Power Handling & Product Development, Production Set Up & Process Optimizations, Secondary –Operations, Production Planning, Communicate with Customers and Suppliers.
Worked for achieving Monthly Targets like Cycle Efficiency, Material Yield, Rejection level, Production Value and Dispatches Targets.
Conducted Trials of New Molds & Materials. Also involvement in new projects. Suggest for improving product Quality.
Worked with Complicated molds like Hotsprue, Core Pulling systems.
Knows about PPAP, APQP, SPC, MSA, and FMEA.
