Projection & planning of sales, price fixation, setting & achieving targets for revenue were integral part of the job. My team constituted of 5 Marketing and Sales people including Sales co-ordinator. I directly reported to The Managing Director. I handled a monthly sales of around Rs. 7.50 Crores and proved to be consistent performer and an effective leader of team. Domestic logistics were also put in our KRA so as to provide customers with better support. I acquired knowledge relating to relevant matters of Central Excise, Customs & Sales Tax.
