Looking after Execution of New Project of XLPE (Cross linked polyethylene foam plant, from layout planning, Erection, commissioning of machines and utilities, Transformer, LPG bullets, Fire hydrant line. Still the plant is in commissioning stage. After commissioning to look after the entire division as profit center head. It is a independent charge.
Achievements:
Installed the XLPE foam plant with the help of south Korean technical team of machine supplier before the target date, completed installation, commissioning of utilities before the target date. Presently handling installation and commissioning of Fire hydrant line independently. Assisted the LPG Line contractor to install and commission the LPG bullets and piping required for this plant.
Machines Handled: XLPE foam plant (single screw extruder, kneader, foaming oven)-south Korea, utilities like chillers, Air compressors, LPG, Water softening plant etc
Products to be Manufactured: XLPE Foam (Cross Linked Polyethylene Foam) of different densities used in Auto, Civil and other industries, chiller insulation etc.

Profile: Handled Production planning, Production and Maintenance of PLC injection molding (150 tonnes-750 tonnes clamping) plant and maintenance of Utilities like Chillers, Air compressors, Mixers, Scrap grinders and Injection and Blow moulds.
Achievements: Reduced the machine breakdowns by solving machine and mould problems and increased production by 25% per day. Installed, commissioned, started production on new plc injection molding machines( 160 tonnes and 360 tonnes), Semi-auto strech blow molding machines independently(with out machine manufacturer training, certified by the machine manufacturer from china) for making pet performs, PET bottles and domestic wares). Machines handled up to 750 tonnes. Installed new cooling towers to reduce cooling problems of machines and moulds. Consumed 40 tonnes of right of regrinds(scrap) of pp-cp plastic material to make plastic basins. Repaired injection moulds to increase the production.
Machines Handled: Injection molding, Extrusion blow molding, Stretch blow molding, Single screw HIPS sheet extrusion machine, HIPS Thermo forming machines.
Products Manufactured: HDPE jerry cans, PP cosmetic jars and PET bottles. Domestic wares buckets (5 liters -20 liters), COCA COLA crates, Meat Trays (HIPS). HDPE pipes-(20mm-110 mm). Disposable cups.
