Responsible for mechanical maintenance activities and troubleshooting of Deep Cone Thickener capable of 78% underflow solids and maintain in healthy condition to achieve production targets.
Responsible for mechanical maintenance activities and troubleshooting of Centrifugal Blowers, Screw compressors, Centrifugal pumps: Slurry, reagent & water pumps, Floatation cells.
Maintenance of High rate Thickeners, Agitators, Belt conveyors & Heavy duty Slurry Pumps to ensure availability of dewatering section to handle 4 Million Ton per Annum Zinc concentrate. Pumps up to pressure rating of 31Bar are in the purview.
Mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting of utility equipments such as Reciprocating Compressors and Screw Compressors, Centrifugal pumps, Reciprocating pumps, Progressive cavity pumps and Gear pumps.

Project comprises of FL Smidth make –Deep Cone Thickener, Hydraulic drive system, Warman make high pressure Slurry and reagent pumps, Tanks & agitators & piping layout.
Risk assessment of the job, prepare safety check lists and ensure safety PPE’s.
Rewarded for safe and speedy Erection and commissioning of New De-watering System.
