Production:
Trouble shooting of process parameter and machine/ mould related problem in plastic injection moulding process.
Expertise in operations involved to process stainless steel cold drawing & stainless steel capillary tube manufacturing, S.S. Cannulae grinding, S.S. Chemical / Heat / Physical testing & treatment. .
Over all responsibility for manufacturing of disposable surgical devices in clean (class -10000 room) environment.
Responsibility of plant performance and review it with company objective/ targets on monthly basis.
Finding new methods for lean manufacturing an area for world class manufacturing (WCM) and cost reduction through focused continual improvement.
Focus on the waste generation, its reusage at shop floor on the basis of mass balance study.
Study of time and motion analysis for operations which helps to increase productivity.
Strategic Planning:
Production planning and scheduling of the process with proper co-ordination in service group and supply chain.
Process improvement for deviated batches by banch marking or tracking NC/CA/ PA to avoid recurrence.
Ensuring Zero Defects as a quality absolute for all the finish goods/ intermediate products by implementing the Quality Management Systems (QMS).
Pivotal role in controlling FLL (Factory Level Losses) & variances through focused improvement based on TPM, TQM, 5R & Kaizen etc. .
Maintenance:
Planning of effective preventive maintenance schedule of various machines and utilities to increase the up time and equipment reliability.
Control breakdowns by better implementation of ABC/VED analysis for spare parts.
Mechanical / electrical knowledge about functioning of DG set, centralized AHU, Air compressure, special purposes M/cs and utilities .
Competitive knowledge about hydraulic, pneumatic mechanical systems & maintenance of plastic injection multi multicavity moulds.
Quality:
Training and guiding team on towards identifying factors critical to quality, reducing process variation, improving capabilities and increasing stability to support company goals.
Developing and implementing SOP/ Quality systems to meet GMP/ ISO 9001 standards.
Conducting internal quality audit and implement of recommendations.
Training:

Preparation of training schedule.
Developing and implementation & training modules on quality, production, safety environment etc.

Designing of safety alarm system, emergency lighting, rainwater utilization systems etc.
