Involved in all day to day activity of the plant from purchase of raw material to dispatch of finished goods and follow up of the same till satisfaction of the customer.
Activities involved sampling of the customer's request, dispatch ,correction and finalization of the product, follow up and getting a PI from the customer.
With respect to order flow planning of the container and production planning with respect to that. Check availability of the material and scrutiny of the same. Finalization of production planning and follow of the same, issue dispatch date to the customer and concern and planning of container dispatch.
Review of day to day ready stock, production status and quality, production cost with Other administrative work. Review of bottle neck within process, and remedy of the same for smooth running of the plat.
Review of the claims or complains from the customer and corrective action .

Developed time and motion study in each section so as to have a target based production, and introduced an incentive scheme for all level, so as to have good quality production at lower cost. Maintenance budgeting, target and auditing started to have minimum possible brake downs and down time with least possible cost of maintenance per kg.
