Operations & Maintenance:
Planning & implementing the preventive, planned, predictive maintenance & breakdown maintenance schedules for improving overall reliability and safety.
Troubleshooting in machining activity for quality and productivity related issues; conducting failure investigation analysis to identify gaps & take corrective measures to reduce equipment downtime & maximize plant availability.
Carrying out root cause analysis of defects and applying rectifications to put the equipment back in working position within minimum turnaround time.

Valve’s:
An experienced professional, day to day dealing with different types of hydraulically operated valves like pressure relief valve, directional control valve, check valve, flow control valve, pressure reducing valve, servo moog valve, proportional valve, non- return valve, pressure switches, sequence valve, solenoid valve.
Have exposure in valve servicing, pressure and flow adjustments, servo moog valve - filter change, kleentek m/c -collector paper change, etc. Can able to decide the proper valve requirement in any circuit as per the particular equipment operation demands so. Succeeded in maintaining zero leakage at our work place by dealing with hydraulic operation under different circuits and equipment’s., power packs.

Cylinder’s:
Familiar with the working principle of hydraulic and pneumatically operated single acting, double acting
Cylinders along with their behavior under load, no load, intermediate load. Able to judge internal leakage as per the performance.

Accumulator’s:
Can able to understand the need of this small power pack unit in circuit with the main unit or with valve stands. Exposure in charging and discharging of bladder type accumulators while it stops holding pressure as per design. Had succeeded in installing accumulators in power unit or valve stand as per the operation demands.

Heat Exchangers:
Well aware why is the need and what is the working principle. Attended leakages from plates couple of times by maintaining proper gap in between end body plates, by replacing damaged long used gaskets in plates, and in emergency period by removing the damaged plate out of the unit .Followed by new gap setting. Aware and had hands in installing heat exchangers in power packs unit.

Hydraulic Circuit:
Sound knowledge in reading out hydraulic circuit so that, can able to trace the failure point and the actual function of any system in operation.

Hydraulic Motars And Rotaunions:
Well aware with the operating principle and maintenance.

Hydraulic Oil Test Along With Moisture Test:
Experienced enough in maintaining equipment’s health and performance high as possible by keeping the quality and quantity along with cleanness of hydraulic and lubrication oil continue to be good. Have done oil testing as per schedule by our oil testing kit. Hence can able to judge the cleanness of oil, thereby if found tiny dirt, a particular power pack than attached with a portable oil-cleaning machine equipped with collector paper. Cleaning process thereby goes on and on for a certain month’s time.

Resource Management:
Leading a team of technical staff as a section-in-charge / department-in-charge and providing them technical guidance and motivational inputs to maximize team productivity.
Defining work schedule and job allocations to team members & monitoring their work performances.
