Above company have 40 plastic Injection molding machines with 26ton process of material on a daily basis. The plant equipped with 600 molds and all auxiliary like pre-dryer, chiller, grinder, screw type rotary air compressor and 500 kva cater pillar generator, cooling towers
Job responsibility:
Production planning and control: I responsible for around 20 machine production and their output tonnage by keeping close watch on overall performance. Machine ranging from 80 to 350 ton machine of DGP Windsor make.
Production reports: I report to factory manager about production activity and trouble shootings on day-to-day basis.
Quality control and reports: I made Quality reports item wise on each machine. Developed systems of random checking and on line checking to ensure excellent quality to the customer.
Maintenance of injection molding machine: I have done all necessary preventive and breakdown maintenance. Spare parts procurement and stock up gradation. Developed system of preventive maintenance.
I have done general preventive maintenance of auxiliary equipments like air compressors, chiller, generators, and cooling towers.
Processing of plastics materials and troubleshooting: Setting of all parameters on machine, maintaining process data sheet on specific item wise. Handled on-line trouble shooting for any specific defect in the plastic product with their identification of cause and remedies.
Man power management: Provided proper human resources on machine, their interviews, selection, their performance reviews, incentives and up-gradation of human resources, team management.
Production handling and transfer: I have done dispatch and random checking of production transfer from production department to store.
Mould maintenance: I have done co-ordination for mould maintenance with machine operators and get work done by doing changes if required.
New mould trials: I have done new mold trials with setting their parameters and quality checkups. Major of them were supplied from M/s. Denial and Sons, Mumbai.
PET performs manufacturing: Company had also table water plant at other city. For which we supplied PET performs of 24 Gms.
