Old Analog Relay of HT Breaker with new Digital Microprocessor based relays for accuracy & protection.
Star Delta Starters of Fan Pump, Pulpers, I.D Fan, F.D Fan & Pumps with Variable Frequency Drives for conservation of energy, thereby leading to 15 to 20% reduction in consumption of energy and cost saving of around Rs. 22, 00, 000 per annum.
Old & lower efficiency motors in plant with new proper rating and higher efficiency motors for energy conservation thereby reducing cost by approx. Rs.4,50,000 per annum. 

Played a key role in:
Reducing electrical downtime of machinery from 140 hours per annum to 30 hours per annum through proper planning & preventive maintenance. 

Successfully executed various energy conservation activities such as:
Maintenance of Average Power Factor to approx. 0.998 for obtaining P.F rebate in Electricity Bill and for ensuring optimum utilisation of power in night hours; this led to cost reduction of Rs. 10, 60, 000 per annum.
Improvement in Plant Power Factor by up to 0.998 for better efficiency & demand control (KVA) and for obtaining rebate on P.F in Electricity Bill.
Identification of motor according to capacity of pumps and replacement of over sized & under sized motors with proper rating & higher efficiency motors. 
Currently involved in execution of a project on replacement of lower efficiency motors with efficiency-1 motors for energy saving (expected cost saving to be approx. Rs. 3, 00, 000 per annum.
Successfully carried out plant modification / upgradation projects such as installation of Thermo Compressor, New Substation LT PCC Panel and HT Panel with Microprocessor Relay Protection. 
Holds the merit of escalating OEE by 40% through effective maintenance.

Pivotal role in simplifying procedures & process by converting manual steam control in to automatic one.
