I have worked as an Engineer in Multilayer Film plant, where I was handling & controlling two (2) Reifenhauser (Germany) and two (2) Windsor make film plants. Reifenhauser is world leader in Extrusion technology, which provides latest technology & automation in their machines.
Seeing my performance in the Multilayer film plant, I have been given responsibility to handle the Extrusion Coating & Lamination (ECL) and Slitting departments as a Head of the Department. Production of both the sections is 750 tones per month exceeding targeted levels, having manpower of 80 persons.
