Job Profile:
I have worked as an Engineer in Multilayer Film plant, where I was handling & controlling two (2) Reifenhauser (Germany) and two (2) Windsor make film plants. Reifenhauser is world leader in Extrusion technology, which provides latest technology & automation in their machines.
Seeing my performance in the Multilayer film plant, I have been given responsibility to handle the Extrusion Coating & Lamination (ECL) and Slitting departments as a Head of the Department. Production of both the sections is 750 tones per month exceeding targeted levels, having manpower of 80 persons. The lamination machines are used to laminate the paper for detergent and toilet soap packaging, and high speed slitting machines are used to cut paper, polyethylene, polyester and BOPP laminated materials. Testing Engineer
The company is well known and highly reputed for manufacturing machineries for Plastic industry.
I worked as a Testing Engineer for the company during my 8th semester of my course of Diploma studies, which was also provided for field experience. I have tested almost all extrusion plants and my main interest has been Film Extrusion Plants. I was responsible to test the machine after its assembly by doing dry runs, checking all machine specifications and to perform customized trials after successful testing.
