I Along With Design In Charge Need To Go Through The Product Drawing Send By The Customer Discuss With Them And Make A Concept Design Of The Tool.
Then The Detail Drgs Are Designed And Send To Tool Room For Manufacture we Shall Plan. The Total Tool Till It Sets For Production In The Standard Format Of ERP our Planning Is Done On Utilization Of The Machine On Hourly Basis Any Deviation In Planning Shall Be Met By Providing Over Time And Working On Week Ends Depending On The Urgency.
I Shall Plan All These And Provide Them The Tools And Equipments (Procurement) Make The Work Move Smoothly.
I Personally Plan And Program For Some Of The Precision Inserts.
Check The Machines Personally Monthly Once For The Maintenance Of The Machines. After Completion Of The Trial An Inspection Report Along With The Sample Is Send To Dispatch Section And Ultimately Get The Approval From The Customer And Send To Production For Production Dept.
Other Than This My Responsiblitiy Is To See That The Tool Which Are Running In Our 20 Moulding Machines Starting From 20-650tons Shall Run Smoothly, In Any Problem Shall Be Corrected On High Priority And Make The Tool Run Better Than Before.
