Initiation of sourcing packaging m/cs and material supplier as par our new ideas.

Management of Raw Packing Material call offs:
Planning raw and packing material supply requirements, based on sales forecasts and production capacity, and communicate requirements to Procurement and purchasing department ensuring that supply reliability is maintained at all times at minimum cost.
Monitoring raw and packing material stocks and primary supply movements on an ongoing basis to ensure that optimum stock levels are maintained, taking appropriate corrective action as required.
