Leading manufacturer of remote control for TV, Audio systems, Air-conditions having in house plastic moulding unit, R&D cell, CNC spring machines, Printed circuit Board Manufacturing unit and tool room equipped with ultra-modern technologies like CNC machining centre, EDM, Wire-cut etc.
Job Profile:
PCB layout designs & schematic diagrams for Remote control for TV, VCD, DVD & for all audio systems.
PCB layouts designs for high power inductive loads from 3500watts to 8000watts compressors, diagrams for AC induction motors by phase control & electro-mechanical relay control, microcontroller based VFD, LCD and LED module type of displays
Design for LCD based wireless remote control units up to generating data for photo plotting, Generating solder masking data for Stencil making for SMT deptt. designing single/double sided board, DRC rule check, Bare Board testing
Look after and maintain coordination among PCB production, tool & die making department, SMT Department, R&D.

Significant Accomplishments:
When I joined the company I had start in-house PCB layouts designing in company and manage all things with myself. Earlier all these things done by vendors.
First time in company I designed PCB layouts for remote control using SMD & COB for company and also convert those models (near about 500) from through hole to smd pattern which were already running in production.
Still I am look aftering PCB design & manufacturing independently.
