Production Planning & Control (PPC) / Maintenance Operations:
Planning day-to-day strategies, production schedules for Fabrication and Machine Shop,a long with resource allocation and machine loading for optimum output.

Study capacity, worthiness and preparedness of various design and Manufacturing facilities to meet future demands of customers.
Preparing budgets for new product development along with product structures and drafting Technical Operation Standards based on original design inputs to facilitate smooth mass production.
Facilitating new product development initiatives with key focus on QCD(Quality Control& Delivery).
Quality Control/Assurance:
Establishing quality standards, implementing stringent quality control Systems for incoming raw materials to enhance quality of products & reduce the rejection rate.
Ensuring adherence to Statistical Quality Standards like ISO 9000, TPM, TQM, Six Sigma and Lean Management Techniques and maintaining all related documents.
Identifying areas of quality failures by calibration of Measuring and Testing Instruments.Identifying assignable and chronic causes by the use of latest analysis techniques for eliminating wastages while enhancing plant efficiency and productivity.
